Hi, I’m Jimmy Archuleta. I have owned and loved dogs my entire life. In 2004 I started training them in the Sit Means Sit system. When I first started as a client of Sit Means Sit Denver CO I had an aggressive Chocolate Labrador who had been through two other “professional” trainers. Other trainers couldn’t help us, which fortunately then led us to Dave Skoletsky and Sit Means Sit.
Dave met with my family and I to hold a demonstration which showed us how to get more control with our dog in 15 minutes than the other two trainers had showed us in months. Following the demonstration I attended lots of group classes and never looked at another system after that. More about me, I am 49 years young and have a beautiful wife, 3 awesome kids, one of who is currently attending The University Of Tennessee, The second one is attending Denver University and the third is completing his junior year in high school. We have 4 dogs and 6 Guinea pigs. That’s right; we have a zoo.
The beginning of my working career with Sit Means Sit began when Anthony Bracciante, the current owner and head trainer in Denver, purchased Sit Means Sit from Dave Skoletsky. Anthony was kind enough to take me under his wing following six months of constant reminders of how badly I wanted to switch careers. Thankfully he was able to open a spot for me on his team. I am extremely grateful to him for enriching my life. I am blessed to have learned from some of the best trainers in the world.
